These cute little petit fours topped with little roses were for a baby shower. The Mom-to-be was craving coconut and the host wanted to be able to feed a crowd. What better way to feed a crowd than bite size, adorable, cakes?
Each little cake had four layers with coconut cream filling in between the layers then is covered with a wonderfully sweet icing. Then, to celebrate the new baby girl, pink roses were placed on top of each cake. These were such a hit at the party and gave the host more time to spend on all the other details of the party. Congrats to the Mom-to-be!
