Gold and Glitter

One of my cake obsessions lately has been edible glitter, especially gold edible glitter.  I just love the idea and think it just adds so much spunk to a cake.  When I was finally given the opportunity to use it on a cake I was ecstatic!

These spunky letters were fairly easy to create!  First, use letter cutters on fondant to create all of the letters needed.  Make sure to let those dry over night to make the process easier.  Then cover each letter in water or fondant glue and sprinkle on the edible glitter.  Tap off the excess and let it dry.  All done!
